On the date mentioned above between 00:00 and 06:00 we will perform maintenance on our network core.
During the maintenance it is possible that links which are not redundant, like private-vlans and point-to-point connections between racks, are unavailable for shorter or longer time (up to serveral minutes inside the maintenance window).
As mentioned above their will be a maintenance on the 10th of May which means that all of our customers may notice a small downtime between 00:00 and 06:00 AM (CEST)

We just had our first update to add/fix the following:
Bugs
* 'Account' and 'Products' were not redirecting properly
* Fixed cronjob where invoices were being sent to users which do not have an active order anymore
* Fixed an issue where the logo was not being placed on the PDF invoices
* Fixed all ACL (access levels) because the current values were too low, which caused a login failure
* Payment notifications will be sent directly to the users.
* ACL to add new subdomains @ webhosting was set way too high.
* The footer of the invoices and order pages were too crowded
* "hidden" contacts are now visible again
* Menu option "Configuration Panel" made you logout as soon you're logged in
Translations
* Moved a few translations to the 'core' of this website rather than in the module
* Fixed translations for: Invoices and Orders
New
* Support > Ticket Center

*A long long time ago...*
Well... It took a while to get rid of the old (buggy) and slow Control Panel but it's finally done: The new website / Control Panel!
Everything you see after logging in or in general should be working properly, please let us know if not and we'll fix most bugs within 24 hours. Please report those bugs to: support@fayntic.com as the Ticket Center isn't active yet, which will be launched later this day.
All current customers are able to use our new control panel, we don't accept new users/orders yet as we want to test the new functionalities first before we leave bad impression.
For every bugfix and/or new feature we'll post a new news item in order to keep you up-to-date about the latest changes.
